IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Dale
Quan
July 31, 1964 – November 16, 2024
Dale was born on July 31, 1964, in Corozal Town in the country of Belize, but migrated to the USA and settled in Naples, Florida until the hour of his death on November 16, 2024.
For all of his life, Dale has always been the carefree brother among us all. To him, life was fun, and good food, but above all, life was spending time with family. He loved it when he could hang out with his brothers, and do "boys things"…..
Dale's motto in life was "Don't worry, be happy. Live your life and don't worry about tomorrow."
He was the life of every party and he absolutely loved his Maama (as he called Mom), loved his sisters a lot, and he absolutely loved his three daughters and two grandchildren, and, his friends and extended family meant a lot to him. He was especially close to his brother Francis.
Dale's other loves were the Sea and motorcycles. Living in Naples, Florida allowed him to be where he loved, as every chance he got, he was sitting on the beach, enjoying the breeze and the water. His love of being free was enjoyed on his motorcycle. To our knowledge, he had no accidents in all the years he rode, and we know he was the most careful of riders. He would pull off the road if he saw trouble ahead. Last he spoke to our Mom, he said it was raining hard and it was unsafe to be on the road, so he exited the road and waited out the rains and the traffic.
The news of his death was a devastating shock to us all! We thank God, because He brought us together to celebrate our Mom's birthday in October of 2024.
Dale hated goodbyes, and as he was the first to leave, he didn't get to say goodbye to us.
The only and greatest comfort in this entire horrible experience of loosing Dale is that he is presently with Jesus. Whenever I feel the grief wanting to overtake me, Jesus gently reminds me "Dale is with Me".
I will praise and thank You for all eternity, my Lord and Saviour, for giving Dale to us these 60 years, and for accepting Dale into Your Kingdom for all eternity. We will see Dale again one day when we finally join him in Gloryland.
Dale has gone on ahead of us, however, he will forever live in our hearts….
