David is survived by his beloved spouse, Theresa Watson, and his children: Rebecca Coleman, Teresa Adnan, David Dake, Tammy Knuth, Michael Christiansen, David W. Watson, Tina Elsner, Christopher Watson, Adam Watson, and Amanda Watson. He was preceded in death by his brother James Watson and sister Naomi Watson.
