Sandra Kay Vatcky(Stewart), 64, of Naples, Florida, passed away peacefully on

February 27, 2026, at Vitas Hospice. There will be no funeral as it is not something that

Sandra wanted.

Sandra was born in Muskegon, Michigan on January 14, 1962 to Andrew and Karen

Stewart. She graduated high school from Muskegon Catholic Central and joined the US

Navy in 1980. After leaving the military she joined her family who had moved to Naples,

FL, where she met and then later married the love of her life Christopher Vatcky in

1986. They were married for 40 years and devoted to each other until the very end.

Sandra was loved by so many while we had her and will be missed and remembered for

even longer. Her mother Karen Stewart and father Andrew Stewart preceded her in

death. She leaves behind her loving family Christoper, Danielle, Jacob, Fiona and

Sarah. Along with many other loving relatives and friends including her sister Kim and

brothers Drew(Kelly) and James(Wing).

Sandra was the best wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt, friend, and all

around person most of us have ever known. She had the biggest heart and was

generous to everyone around her and those in need. Her smile was the brightest and

her laugh could be heard across a room. If you were loved by her you knew it and she

was always ready to give you advice if you needed it and sometimes even if you didn’t,

but that’s how she cared. Her hugs could cure whatever ailed you, her cooking always

warmed your heart and soul and her advice would always point you in the right

direction.
