Albert Stocken was born on November 28, 1950, and peacefully departed this life on April 19, 2026.
Albert was a beloved son, devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, caring brother, and loyal friend. He was a man of quiet strength, deep love, and unwavering presence. To know him was to feel protected, guided, and genuinely cared for. His love for his family was evident in everything he did, and the impact he made will live on for generations.
Albert was a proud United States Army veteran who honorably served his country for 25 years, earning the rank of Sergeant. His life reflected the discipline, strength, and leadership he carried throughout his years of service. He was a man who stood firm, led with integrity, and gave his all to both his country and his family.
He was born to his mother, Mary Tharpe, and was also raised with the love and guidance of his father, James Stockner Jr., and his stepmother, Roberta Stockner.
Albert leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, LaToya Parneice (Stocken) Lawson, Jessica Lynn (Stocken) Harris, and Breanna Stocken; his sons, Albert Stocken Jr. and Adrian Green; sons-in-law, Lionel R. Lawson and Quincy Harris; and daughter-in-law, Odessa Green.
He also leaves to cherish his memory his beloved grandchildren, Joshua R. Lawson, Adrian Green Jr., Ava Green, Brandon Cody, Quincy Harris Jr., and Londyn Harris, who brought him joy, pride, and a love that will forever remain.
Albert is also survived by his siblings, Debra Stockner, Teresa Stockner, Sandra Stockner, Robert Stockner, Marvin Stockner, and Jammie Stockner, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will continue to carry his memory in their hearts.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Arthur Roy Stockner, Roberta Lee Stockner, Jeffrey Stockner, Terry Martin, David Stockner, and James Stockner Jr.
Albert’s life was a reflection of love, strength, and dedication. Though his physical presence is no longer with us, his spirit, his lessons, and his love will live on through his children, his grandchildren, his siblings, his nieces and nephews, and all who had the blessing of knowing him. His life was a blessing, and his memory will forever be treasured.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
